How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Click "Track Package" next to any shipped order for real-time updates.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact support immediately if you need to make urgent changes.
What do the different order statuses mean?
Order statuses help you track your package: "Order Placed" means payment confirmed, "Processing" means we're preparing shipment, "Shipped" means it's on the way, "Out for Delivery" means final delivery, and "Delivered" means it has arrived.
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Limited edition or custom items may take longer. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships with tracking information.
What if my order shows as delivered but I didn't receive it?
First, check with neighbors or household members. Sometimes packages are left in secure locations. If you still can't locate your package, contact our support team immediately for investigation.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and new address. We'll do our best to update it before shipment.
