How much does shipping cost?
We offer two shipping options: Standard ($8.99, 3-5 days) and Expedited ($12.99, 1-2 days). All prices include tracking and insurance. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are subject to a 50% surcharge due to additional carrier costs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Currently, we do not offer free shipping. Our shipping rates are competitively priced and include full tracking and insurance for your protection.
What areas do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to US territories at this time. Alaska and Hawaii orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
Why do Alaska and Hawaii cost more to ship?
Due to the remote location and additional carrier costs, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require a 50% surcharge. This ensures we can maintain reliable delivery service to these states while covering the higher transportation costs.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes for Standard and Expedited shipping. Overnight shipping may not be available for all PO box addresses.
What if my package is damaged during shipping?
All shipments include insurance. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You may be able to change your shipping address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact our support team as soon as possible to request an address change.
Is signature confirmation available?
Signature confirmation is automatically included for high-value orders. You can also request signature confirmation by contacting our support team.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
USPS will usually leave a notice and attempt delivery again. You can also arrange to pick up your package at your local post office.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are flat rates based on the speed of delivery you choose. Our platform manages all shipping to provide consistent pricing and service quality.
